Job description will include but not limited to the following. Initiate and implement safety measures at the workplace. Assist safety personnel in preparing safety manuals and guidelines. Ability to maintain good effective work relationships with people from all social backgrounds. Putting appropriate safety controls in place. Attending safety meetings. Conducting face-to-face safety training. Carrying out post incident analysis. Checking to make sure that the staff and workmen does not arrive to work under the influence of alcohol or drug. Having knowledge about all types of hazards and safety measures for those hazards. Conducting site safety Induction Trainings for new workers, Subcontractors &Visitors. Identifying risks and trends and then taking appropriate action to minimize, mitigate or eliminate them. Conducting toolbox talks on work related Issues. Identifying hazards and reporting site related issues to manager.
