Site Engineering Specialist creates and amends customer project telecom implementation model site solutions for cross business organization and optimizes telecom implementation site workflow processes. Site Engineering Specialist is mainly assigned to customer projects but is working on both Pre-Sales and Delivery Phases as a subject matter expert on Radio Classis and Cloud and Core & Core Cloud site installation, implementation and installation material planning. Controls the completion of site-specific documentation like Method of process, Scope of work including approving the as-built drawings and Mentor to delivered Nokia standard implementation techniques to internal and business Partners being a Subject Matter Expert
 

Knowledge & Experience

Russian fluent, English at least intermediate mandatory

Mobile Networks radio sites telecom implementation (Nokia HW from 2G to 5G) experience.

Documentation creation (implementation standards, installation guidelines, technical site surveys template, etc.)

Subcontractors' management (enabling and License to Work implementation)

5-8 years extensive relevant experience and a graduate / postgraduate equivalent degree.

 

Project Initiation/Planning phase

Technical and site solution content support to Deploy Services and Product Management for project tender and preparation. Local country/project knowledge and Site Engineering expertise.

Participation in customer pre-sales workshops as Senior Site Engineering Subject Matter Expert. Up-sell opportunity identification and portfolio promotion.

Support Project Delivery Manager in project preparation during project planning phase by providing site workflow process and site engineering expertise. 

Finalizes site solution technical design (Model Sites) for project implementation according to Technical and Services solutions agreed with the customer. If needed, co-ordinates NPO, SA and CW input to ensure proper technical site solution. 

Delivery phase

Leads project ramp-up activities from Deploy Site Engineering side including subcontractors’ enabling process (License to Work project specific).

Defines of site survey documentation, site-specific documentation, implementation guidelines, share of responsibilities, site activities and acceptance process in collaboration with Project Delivery Manager and Technical Manager 

Creates, updates and amends site solution technical design and installation planning guidelines for project implementation during delivery. If needed co-ordinates Services Portfolio Sales, RN PPS, TM, NPO, SA and CW input to ensure proper technical solution.

Works with Project Delivery Manager in customer interface to agree site technical solutions and specifications for project works. Technical interface for site engineering issues in project. When needed, interface with customer relating to implementation and site solutions issues.


Monitors change notes and technical documents to be applied and shared with project and subcontractors. Acts on changes in project requirements or specifications.
