Job Summary
As the Site Facilities Lead, you’ll be responsible for managing services and processes that support the core business at our site. You’ll ensure best practices are followed for maximum efficiency and that the most suitable working environment is attained for employees and their activities.You’ll be involved in both planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to buildings and premises. Likely areas of responsibility include:
• Site Real Estate Management including, but not limited to:
o Business Rates review
o Building and grounds maintenance
• Cleaning
• Catering and vending
• Laundry
• Security
• Gardening
• Hospitality

Prepare documents to put out tenders for contractorsProject manage, supervise, and coordinate the work of contractorsCalculate and compare costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for moneyManage and lead change to ensure minimum disruption to core activitiesDirect, coordinate, and plan essential services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal, and recyclingKeep employees and visitors safeCheck that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and follow up on any deficienciesCoordinate and lead one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibilityUse performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvementRespond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and deal with the consequencesProvide support for wellingborough facility as and when there is a need.Required Skills & Experience:
