We are currently looking for a Site Facility Manager to join Thales Alenia Space Italia, based in Turin. His/her responsibility will cover the TAS site of Turin and Gorgonzola (MI).

The Site Facility manager:

Ensures the availability of packaged services and a coherent set of infrastructure maintenance and services for the buildings and related facilities; maintain operational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performanceensures compliance with regulations, health, safety and environmental standards, internal regulations and procedures;prepares the yearly budget taking into account the business needs, risks mitigation, obsolescence of facilities (buildings and equipment)Oversees the sites energy consumptions and waste management, proposing and implementing the best solutions to control and reduce them.Oversee projects ensuring program goals are reached

Responsibilities:

Ensure Hard and Soft Facility management of Turin and Gorgonzola sites through external Global Service Suppliers coordinationManage his/her own resources (team) and related skillsManage the infrastructure works in compliance with current legislationMoreover the Site Facility Manager is responsible for:Ensuring the facilities management in accordance with TASI guidelines and coordinationGuaranteeing the performance of Turin and Gorgonzola sites in HSE, Management  and Costs, in compliance with the correct application of the lawsEnsuring the sites competitiveness and running costEnsuring cohesion of the sites team to achieve performanceManaging Capex and in his/her perimeter ensuring timely and effective deployment of investments identified.

Key Acitivities

Manage all the sites facilities activities related to facility managementEnsure that objectives in his perimeter related to safety, environment, energy and costs are metPreparation of the requests (technical and economical) for the works needed on the site, according to budgetProgram managementManage his/her team and ensure the safety of peopleEnsure compliance with applicable regulations in terms of building and infrastructure maintenance and servicesManage the works of his/her perimeter in compliance to the applicable laws and rulesContribute in his perimeter for the budget definitionManage maintenance and facility suppliers / sub-contractors within scopeEscalate any risk that could impact objectives achievementManage and monitor facilities SLA (service level agreements)  and KPI (Key Performance Indicators)

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor´s Degree in  Engineering or ArchitectureExperience : 10 years or more in similar positionSpecific Knowledge : Project controlling or finance in real estate and facilities managementBusiness Understanding : Complex multi-unit industrial projects, Space businessComputer skills (Microsoft Office, including Power Point)Energy management and ISO certifications are a plusPresentation skillsFluent in English, French would be a plus
