YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Support ENG/HSE manager to establish and maintain EHS management system based on EHS laws, regulation and standards and Bayer standards. Monitor EHS regulation updates and assess if any impact on Bayer business. Work with site team to develop compliance initiatives and follow up. Provide EHS training to site colleagues to improve EHS awareness and foster a positive safety culture Perform periodic EHS inspections/audits to identify potential hazards and improvement opportunities. Follow up the corrective actions established with the team. Participate and/or lead the incident investigation process to identify the root causes and track the corrective and preventive actions. Act as liaison for EHS government supervision bureau inspections. Develop HSE team, including capability buildup and people development. All other EHS duties as assigned.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

BS or above degree in chemistry, environmental or occupational health and Safety sciences or equivalent combination of training & experience. Above 3 years working experience in the environmental, health, & safety field. Good knowledge of EHS regulations and EHS technical. Teamwork player Fluent in oral and written English.
