As the Site Infrastructure Unit Lead for our client, a major player in the global steel industry, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of Project Boden - a 6 billion EUR green steel project site in Boden, Sweden. Role Overview

Critical Package Management: Define and drive deliverables, resources, and interfaces for various areas of the project. Technical Oversight: Clarify technical questions, participate in supplier selection, and ensure quality of designs produced. Engineering Resolution: Make timely technical decisions and escalate issues to Design Lead as needed. Performance Monitoring: Measure and report on schedule and budget, and address any internal or external performance issues. Risk Management: Monitor overall unit risks and ensure compliance with processes and timely close-out. Design Review & Assurance: Ensure proper process is followed and participate in reviews of documents and deliverables. Resource Management: Allocate and manage team resources to support core engineering team and Design Lead.

Skills & Qualifications

Civil Engineering Expertise: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Project Management Skills: Experience in plant design and project management, preferably in the steel or heavy industrial sector. Greenfield Experience: Proven track record in large-scale greenfield projects. Site Infrastructure Knowledge: Strong understanding of site infrastructure and integration with core production processes. Excellent Project Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education & Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Civil or a related field). Experience: Experience in plant design and project management, preferably in the steel or heavy industrial sector.
