Site Inventory Specialist

A DAY IN THE LIFE  

Serves as a primary liaison among the project team, Corporate Supply Chain department, Suppliers, and Transportation companies.  

Initiates and tracks material and equipment requisitions using Blattner systems, Supplier SharePoints, Transportation company websites, etc.  

Responsible for receiving, offloading, and inspecting all incoming shipments and generating Receiving Reports and Delivery Exception Reports. Also responsible for outgoing shipments 

Implements and coordinates site inventory plan in conjunction with Trade Superintendents; generates storage location maps and inventory lists 

Supports the project team in any additional inventory management requirements 

Activities consists of approximately 50% office/administrative work and 50% field work. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED  

Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite. This is an onsite position (100% travel with no rotations) 

Two-year related degree; or equivalent combination of experience and education 

Must have valid driver’s license  

Able to pass an MVR Check, Background Check, Physical and Drug Test

$21.77 - $29.93 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
