The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a subject matter expert level Site Lead lead our team in supporting U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) in Doral, FL. This position is contingent upon award, but will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the delivery requirements of the SCITES 2 contract supporting USSOUTHCOM activities.  This role will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth and efficient implementation of the Enterprise Information Environment (EIE) supporting USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES).

Responsibilities:

Provides on-site leadership and oversight activities performed by contractor personnel by building and motivating team members to satisfy site requirements and activities, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones

Reports on site status, success, metrics, and test and deployment management activities

Prepares estimates and detailed site plans as needed

Provides leadership and support to technical working groups as needed

Supports USSOUTHCOM staff and SCITES 2 PM to ensure adequate resources are provided to achieve objectives on schedule

Supports staffing actions at sites, completing local national hiring as required and/or evaluating personnel performance

Performs Transition-In at assigned site under supervision of Transition Manager and ensures minimal service disruption and no service degradation during and after transition

Implements Transition-In Plan using ADVANCE processes and completes all transition activities within 45 calendar days after Project Start

Works with IBO for seamless transition of OCONUS personnel as required

Provides Transition-Out Plan for site and supports Transition-Out activities

Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments

Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments

May supervise others


Qualifications:
Required: 

US Citizen with active Secret security clearance

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field

8-12 years of experience in C5IM and IT Operations

ITIL v4 Foundation certification

Has a successful track record for developing procedures, directives and plans, engineering, improving, coordinating, documenting, and executing any changes, upgrades, or installs authorized by the Government

Experience managing staffing and recruiting program focused on hiring and retaining the best talent for austere locations

Change management IAW with program policy and standards experience

Prior responsibility with lifecycle replacement procedures and material decommissioning.

Proven ability to lead and facilitate meetings with diverse groups of stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)


Desired:

Experience in a large, distributed IT enterprise

Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$95,500-$210,100
