**Site Leader**
**Position Profile**
The Site Leader is accountable for the daily operations of a small site and serves as the primary point of contact for a small team. This role is responsible for escalating and reporting facility-related issues to assigned leadership, maintaining acceptable profit levels, and ensuring customer service expectations are met. The Site Leader performs contracted office services, including but not limited to: copy services, courier services, managed print services, hospitality, imaging, and mail services. For locations without a designated Site Manager, the Site Leader serves as the primary on-site contact for customer issues and contract compliance.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Oversee daily operations of a mail room, copy center, or scanning facility, including operation of office equipment (e.g., PC, copiers, multifunction devices, imaging, and mail equipment).
+ May be responsible for courier services, reception services, switchboard operations, shipping and receiving, and processing/delivery of mail.
+ Serve as the “go-to” person for a small team, assisting with job assignments, project scheduling, supervision of break times, and escalation of facility issues to leadership.
+ Act as the on-site point of contact for customer service and contract compliance in the absence of a Site Manager.
+ Train and develop assigned staff.
+ Maintain formal daily contact with the customer to ensure satisfaction.
+ Implement and manage Ricoh Service Excellence programs.
+ Analyze problems with minimal guidance and manage timely resolution.
+ Understand and track contractual Service Level Agreements; report compliance and recommend performance improvement measures.
+ Support leadership in recruiting, staffing, and performance management.
+ Maintain positive internal working relationships through professional communication with all department employees.
+ Provide training on workflow processes and equipment operations, as needed.
+ Supervise the cost-effective use of materials to achieve shift profitability.
+ Ensure quality and deadline standards are met through effective job scheduling.
+ Hold team members accountable for maintaining efficient workflows and high-quality output.
+ Coordinate with the sales department to resolve pricing and order-related issues.
+ Complete site reports and administrative paperwork accurately and on time.
+ Manage daily functions including work orders, contractor coordination, inspections, and facility-related reporting.
+ Interact with vendors, facility management, and building occupants as required.
+ May oversee office supply inventory and reordering.
+ May be responsible for conference room coordination and A/V equipment management.
+ Complete month-end management reports when a Site Manager is not present.
+ Assist AOM/ESM or NOM with training and development of site personnel.
+ Place requisitions for site products and supplies using Oracle's iProcurement system.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications)**
**Typically Requires:**
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ 2+ years of relevant work experience (B2B and/or technical).
+ Previous training experience is strongly preferred.
+ At least 2 years of customer-facing experience required.
+ Demonstrated proficiency in technology and related tools.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
+ Tactical facilitator with process improvement skills.
+ Ability to effectively present to small groups.
+ Moderate problem-solving abilities.
+ Intermediate customer service and communication skills.
+ Solid technical aptitude and adaptability.
**Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands**
+ Primarily an office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and moderate noise levels.
+ Work assignments are diverse and require comprehension and application of complex material and instructions.
+ Physical effort may be required, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying items up to 50 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, small parts).
+ Moderate dexterity needed for operating tools and equipment, including calculators, keyboards, and hand tools.
