Job Description Insight Global is looking for a qualified Site Leader to join the team of a client of ours, located in Richmond, VA. The Site Leader will oversee and manage the daily operations and provide exceptional servant leadership to the team members to ensure the car wash is running smoothly, efficiently, and safely while exceeding guests expectations. Create a positive team environment of accountability and excellent guest service and assist with maintaining the facility and mechanics of the car wash. Work hard, build relationships & love people! In this role, you will train alongside our current Site Leaders and subsequently be responsible for the management of our Hull Street location (10100 Hull Street, North Chesterfield, VA 23236). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years management experience that demonstrates their exemplary management skills over a minimum of 20 employees including staffing, scheduling, training, and managing the P&L.
