Tasks and Qualifications:Key Responsibilities:Carry out AMHE equipment servicing in accordance with the quality standards and time schedules as set out in the equipment manualsTo undertake scheduled repairs in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and industry standard practicesDiagnosis of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / PLC / PC faults and subsequent repairsTo comply with Health & Safety legislation at all timesTo ensure quality of output at all timesTo accurately record all work undertakenInvolvement in continuous improvement and sales opportunitiesTo ensure on-site spares are kept to optimum levelsTo represent the company in a professional manner at all times and maintain customer relationsTo adhere to the Quality processes and procedures as set out by the company

Qualifications & Experience:

ONC in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship                                          A working understanding of Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic technical manuals & drawingsBasic understanding of control systems and techniquesBasic understanding of PLC equipment Working at heightPrevious experience of working with various conveyor and lifting systemsPC literacyUnderstanding of pre-preventive maintenance (PPM) schedulesWorking knowledge of FEM and BS standards governing the automated warehouse industry
