Site Manager
MAU is hiring a Site Manager in Upstate, SC. As a Site Manager, you will lead and oversee all on-site operations, personnel, and HR functions to ensure workforce performance and client satisfaction.

Career Path Regional Operations Manager District Site Manager Branch Operations Manager Outsource Manager Corporate Support Functions Required Education and Experience High School Diploma Required Minimum of 3 years in HR (preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment) Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree Experience in Human Resources or manufacturing environments General Requirements HR Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) Lean Greenbelt Certification Root cause analysis training Powered Industrial Equipment knowledge Strong analytical, math, and reasoning skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Customer/client focus Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Ethical conduct and personal effectiveness Essential Functions Supervise and direct all MAU personnel at the client site to meet key performance indicators Act as primary point of contact for client communication and policy changes Coordinate onboarding, training, and performance management of all contingent staff Monitor attendance, conduct counseling sessions, and administer corrective actions Lead safety initiatives, incident investigations, and employee case management Implement associate engagement programs and lead pre-shift meetings Track performance metrics and maintain accurate time records Collaborate with client supervisors to align workforce needs and resolve issues Ensure compliance with MAU policies and client-specific requirements Submit weekly payroll and verify accuracy Work Environment and Physical Demands Work will take place in administrative and manufacturing environments Conditions may range from non-climate-controlled to cleanroom settings Exposure to manufacturing equipment and powered industrial vehicles Physical Requirements Ability to lift 5–20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours Travel Must be willing and able to travel overnight and for extended periods as needed
