Job Title:   Site Manager 
Payrate: $23.00/hr
Multiple openings
Shift: Monday-Friday; 6am-2:30pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for operational financial budget, labor planning, and cost optimizationProvides direct supervision of assigned janitorial operations personnelEnsures proper training for all personnel in their respective positionsMeasures performance, provides feedback and develops staff setting clear expectations ensuring employee safety is a priority committing to timely incident reporting proceduresCollaborates with team to ensure coordination and successful execution of daily operations, resolving deficiencies in a timely mannerMaintains coverage for all 3 shifts by coordinating and collaborating with shift leads confirming daily schedulesMaintains compliance with all company policies and procedures and issues disciplinary actions where neededImplements company use of machinery and safety programs including forklift trainingManages chemicals and supply inventory ensures employee safety and use of proper PPEOther tasks and projects deemed reasonable and reasonably requested by the customer and/or KBS leadership team The Site Manager may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
