The Site Manager (SM) is responsible for meeting Contractor’s work requirements, including scheduling of personnel, work supervision, and quality control for all tasks associated with this Task Order (TO) and as specified within the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The SM shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all TO matters relating to daily operation of this TO. Functional authority and task completion are the responsibility of the Site Manager. Services provided shall include recreational services, linen exchange and laundry services and maintenance and custodial service. The SM is responsible for direct oversight of the successful performance of key subcontracts put in place to support contract requirements. Responsibilities Major Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall management, execution, and personnel supervision of all functional areas as specified in the Performance Work Statement. Shall have the ability to make decisions and direct all sub-contractors and all subcontracting services necessary to maintain a capability to perform under this requirement. Shall be located on site at all times during standard duty hours to oversee and perform all contracted operations. Responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive safety program in compliance with OSHA and United States Air Force (USAF) requirements. Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, sanitary, healthy, presentable, professional atmosphere, free of dust, clutter and trash in all working facilities and areas. Responsible for following and maintaining a comprehensive, flexible, and properly documented training program. Responsible for successful implementation/completion of all contractual matters and CDRL reports at designated site/location in conjunction with the Vectrus Program Management Office (PMO). Shall meet with the contracting officer, contract administrator, government’s quality assurance person and other government personnel as necessary. Responsible for proper utilization and safeguarding of all government and contractor provided property (e.g., to include government facilities, equipment and tools). Manage subcontracts put in place to support contract requirements. Responsible for precise execution of company time reporting procedures and accurate completion of timesheet. Shall perform escort duties. Performs other duties as assigned in accordance with contractual, functional, and mission requirements. Other requirements: Work will be primarily indoors but may be outdoors to support various events. Exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, chemicals may occur. Overtime and shift work may be required depending on contractual needs. Employee must comply with all Federal, State and Local regulations and published Company work rules as well as written instructions. Task specific work environment training will be provided as required. Must be prepared to function in a wartime environment to support U. S. interests. 100% Overseas Assignment. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required. Must have a High School diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred. Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current, valid U. S. Passport and U. S. Driver’s License. Must be certified or shall be willing to receive certification to drive up to a 10K forklift. Must be able to or shall be willing to learn to drive manual transmission vehicles. Must have and maintain a valid U. S. SECRET Security Clearance prior to deployment. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently. Must be able to pass MOD15 employment and deployment qualification requirements that include psychological, medical, dental, drug testing, background checks, etc. Candidates must successfully complete hands on CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear) defense training. Training includes the successful fit testing of DoD provided protective gear. Experience: The SM shall have a minimum of ten (10) years' of experience related to the requirements and qualifications necessary to manage and perform the tasks outlined in this PWS. Management experience to include supervision of employees, including local nationals, completing required reports, and dealing professionally with the customer.
