What You Will Do

Responsible for overseeing customer contract operations on-site.Handle projects of varying sizes: complex wastewater treatment systems, both physical and chemical, for inorganic and organic wastewater.Ensure that operations and maintenance (O&M) projects are managed effectively and comply with contractual, operational, maintenance, and profitability requirementsplan, develop, and implement strategies for site program management, ensuring they meet contract performance requirements within budget and timeframes.Manage a team of 2-5 direct reports and handle an operational budget of up to 2 million dollarsCoordinate, install, and implement digital equipment such as probes, meters, and associated data monitoring and control equipment.Implement a detailed project management program to track site progress on contract requirements and program implementation.

What are the requirements?

A minimum of 3 years of experience managing or supervising employeesAt least 3 years of experience in an industrial plant settingExperience in managing site operationsFamiliarity with computer-based controls for industrial applications and equipmentPreferred qualification - 5 years of experience in an industrial plant setting (considered an advantage)
