Our work will take you in different directions. 

We’re looking for a Site Manager to join our New Building Solution team in Canberra. In this position you will administer and control multiple projects, using your ability to manage people and resources, engage proactively with customers and motivate and inspire your team. 

 

What will you be doing? 

Planning and organising the delivery and storage of materials and tools on site 

Effectively communicating with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation process 

Achieving KONE's safety targets by developing a safety focused culture, ensuring adherence to clearly defined procedures and guidelines 

Being an inspiring team leader who gets the best out of others and always strives to exceed customer expectations 

Driving key projects aimed at continuous improvement 

Work closely with projects managers and delivery operation manager, to ensure success of the project 

Responsible for maintaining project documentation 

 

What are we looking for? 

Minimum 4 years construction experience 

Demonstrated experience managing projects at a site level desired 

Construction qualification OR relevant based trade required  

Lift industry experience highly desired 

Ability to engage stakeholders and facilitate training 

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate outcomes 

High attention to detail and adaptable 

Proficient using Microsoft suite ( word, excel, MS project)  

Valid Australian driver’s license
