Site Manager

Inpria, a subsidiary of JSR Corporation, has an immediate opening for a Site Manager in Beaverton, OR. You will join our diverse team of talent and contribute to our Pilot Operations team by managing engineering and operations personnel for production of our EUV photoresists. Your experience in managing multiple customer requests, updating stakeholders on system status and batch results, managing personnel, and assisting engineers in issue resolution will help fuel our company’s growth and provide you with opportunities to expand your career.

Primary Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe working environment, ensure proper PPE is being used, report safety and environmental incidents to EHS for corrective action.

Oversee daily operations at the Apollo facility:

Be an advocate for the customer by helping the engineering team to solve problems and move Inpria’s technology forwardServe as the primary company point of contact for the Apollo pilot manufacturing siteFacilitate interactions and coordination with the main Corvallis manufacturing siteGeneral business point of contact for the Apollo sitePrimary site point of contact for property management, support services, and government authorities

Supervisor staff:

Provide daily management, mentoring, support, and training to engineers, operators, technicians and other support staffo Sign off on weekly timecards for hourly employees, checking for accuracy and compliance with Inpria policies and federal, state, and local lawsApprove time-off requests to ensure sufficient staff coverage for essential operationsAddress performance issues as they arise; clearly document performance, corrective action plans, and progress to plans, keeping HR informedDirect management of engineering and operations teamsShares HR duties with Director of Analytical Chemistry and Manager of Operations Support non-direct reports located on site

Control and MRB/DRB processes:

Coordinate with other departments, such as Engineering and Logistics, for production and shipment of Finish Goods and/or raw materialsEnsure staff keeps current on all required training and certifications; coordinate with Training Coordinator, EHS, and QA Training Auditor, as neededApproximately monthly road trips to Corvallis site to meet in-person with other key personnel, including Engineering, Production, R&D, Quality, Logistics, and HROther duties as assigned

Key Qualifications:

BS degree, ideally in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field5 years’ experience managing a team, ideally in a chemical manufacturing environmentAbility to self-management and organizational skillsProblem-solving and strong decision-making skillsTeamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detailConflict resolution and ability to handle difficult situationsResponsiveness and flexibilityClear and effective communication, verbal and writtenProject management and planningFocus on continuous quality and process improvementCreative and innovative with a customer focusMentorship and performance managementKnowledge of employment lawAbility to successfully complete a pre-employment drug test

Physical Requirements:
