Job Title: Site Manager
We are seeking an LCS Site Manager to join our LCS team. You will be responsible for providing Metso’s customers with professional technical support of its products.
This position is responsible for building and maintaining an active long-term relationship with key decision makers at customer site level and continuously promote Metso’s value adding offering. Create a healthy business with high customer satisfaction.
In this position, you will report to the LCS Contracts Manager
This position is mainly located in Amandelbult/Mortimer
TEAM YOU BELONG TO
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as LCS Support Centre to assure a common understanding/application of technical and safety support and information to support and provide excellent customer service on Metso’s equipment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You are responsible for the following per your allocated area of responsibility:
Responsible for managing daily deliverables of the contract on site. Including but not limited to the following operations: Operations & Maintenance Project upgrades and modernizations Responsible for the Health & Safety Culture on site. Responsible for delivery according to the scope of contract and any deviations from the agreement. Responsible to ensure process compliance of the site Responsible for all communications i.e. performance reviews, daily, weekly and monthly reporting as well as escalation of issues. Give input to sales opportunities from a perspective of delivery and capacity management including up-sales and renewals of existing agreements. Managing the service and operational team Managing the supplier/contractor SLA Managing the site stakeholder relationship including the customer, suppliers and service providers. WHO YOU ARE
Grade 12 (Matric) Bachelor’s degree in business management or engineering Process or technical qualification (preferred) Experience in the area of Mechanical Maintenance and Mineral Processing Leading a team of operational and maintenance teams Relevant industry knowledge including international business relations Maintenance planning and scheduling Planning and organising risk management.
