DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Site Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

\n

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

\n\nTo take full leadership, operational and financial responsibility for managing a safe, efficient and profitable site\nEnsure customer KPI's and cost targets (open book) are met\nAccount management responsibility for the customer, strengthening existing customer relationships, developing new, improving customer experience (CXM) and where possible identifying growth opportunities. \nTo manage the operation in-line with Ops standardization (OMS) and Continuous Improvement.\nEnsure the site health and safety risks are analysed and understood and actions are in place to reduce or eliminate these risks, taking personal accountability for any risk mitigation project with a multi year target completion time\n\n
