We have an exciting opportunity for Site Manager to join our Solutions Projects team in our Bayswater, VIC offices. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Site Manager will be required to manage multiple sites across the VIC region.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
* Ensuring adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures, for all site operations assigned.* Overseeing completion of site administration according to performance standards agreed (on schedule, at requisite quality level, on-budget).* Assuming economic responsibility, e.g. calculates material, personnel, and running contract costs for suppliers.* Representing the site in all decision-making committees of the project (towards own management, customer and team).* Coordinating contractors before and during execution of work.* Establishing efficient methods/processes for site controlling and reporting.* Assessing risks/opportunities at the construction site (e.g. economic, organizational or contractual risks, acceptance criteria, change request procedures).* Monitoring compliance to standards, regulations, laws, quality and EHS guidelines.* Leading qualified employees in one functional team.* Supervising the installation & commissioning of MV & LV equipment, Busways in Data Centers
