About the role
Our Cincinnati team, composed of 45 people, is integrated in the SpecialChem global business unit and focuses on the production and delivery of quality products in collaboration with our Solvay support teams and General Business Unit executive leadership. As the Plant Manager of our Cincinnati facility, you will provide leadership, direction, and support to the SpecialChem manufacturing team to enable the facility to be a safe place to work, operationally successful, profitable in its market, a leader in its technology and world class in its methods. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the strong SpecialChem business and have a positive impact on the site's operations. You will be accountable to: Oversees all aspects of plant operations including safety systems, finance, manufacturing, engineering, materials, quality assurance/control, human resources and information systems for all functions on-site. Ensures the safe and efficient delivery of products and services to clients. Develops and implements site policies and procedures, determines work force requirements, and monitors production to ensure customer requirements are met We offer an onsite, full time position.
