As Field Service Engineer - Site Manager, you'll play a vital role with our customers. Leading installation and maintenance activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations.
 

As Field Service Engineer - Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
 

Driving project development, being the reference for Customer and Company on relevant strategy/decision makingLeading / providing operational framework for activities to teams and skilled labour, ensuring safety, compliance and qualityPreparing and updating technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross-functional teamsEnsuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed and completed according to company standards

To be successful in this role you will:

Have an Engineering degree or High School Diploma with relevant work experienceDemonstrate good working knowledge of Control Systems for rotating equipment installation and maintenance with DLN/DLE mapping experienceTechnical awareness of Gas Turbines or Centrifugal Compressors or Reciprocating Compressors or Steam Turbines and their auxiliariesDisplay a strong customer service-orientation mindset, experienced leading customers through tough decisionsBe skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understandingEU Passport or European Work permit required
