Summary

Site Manager - Logistics Supervisor in supervising a team and performing Pre-Expended Bin services for the Corpus Christi Army Depot Corpus Christi TX. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of logistics support activities provided to CCAD under the DLA Industrial Product-Support Vendor (IPV) Contract.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Supervising daily operational support activitiesEnsure the smooth flow of bench stock/kit parts to production lines.Complete all day-to-day operational requirements as assigned by the Assistant/Program Manager.Develop and manage staffing requirements, implementation plans, and training schedules.Produce and provide input for all required reports submitted to the Government.Brief the Program Manager and communicate with CCAD and DLA representatives as directed.Supervise a team of AAR and subcontractor employees in processing orders and managing material movement.Review and recommend changes to the master schedule of items (SOI) list.Oversee placement of bench stock in bins and adjust bin levels to maximize customer fulfillment.Coordinate with DLA representatives and AAR Procurement to expedite material for CCAD.Develop processes to streamline material flows to increase processing times.All other duties as assigned.

Ability to obtain a government CAC and a Secret Security Clearance.

Education and/or Experience

Required:

High School Diploma or GEDSeven (7) or more years' experience in the Logistics or Supply Chain fieldFour (4) years in a Team Lead or Supervisor role.Direct experience working on projects with or for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) or anyDepartment of Defense Agency/Repair Depot.Good understanding of Supply Chain Management methodology and U.S Defense MILSTRIP process.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s DegreeFamiliarity with ISO requirements, Safety, and training plans.Experience with DoD systems such as FEDMALL and WEBVLIPS.
