Focus: The Site Master Data Administrator (MDA) provides training, mentoring and oversight for the establishment, modification, and maintenance of SAP and Non-SAP Master Data for Site Plant Maintenance (PM) and MRO Stores. The incumbent works closely with the Global Master Data Administrator in the execution of this role to ensure that global standardization is maintained. This role indirectly supervises the processing and maintenance of Site Plant Maintenance (PM) and MRO Stores SAP as well as Non-SAP Master Data.
Site Master Data Administrator (MDA) Essential Job Functions: Site SME in the field of PM and MRO Stores Master Data management and governance (MDG), providing advice and guidance to site personnel to ensure site Master Data is maintained and governed per the established global standard. Lead trainer in the Master Data subject area, responsible for ensuring an adequate level of understanding and application is maintained at the site. Interacts frequently with the Global MDA in the management of site data to ensure Global standardization is maintained; participates in Master Data calls and meetings, as a member of the MDA council, under the direction of the Global MDA. Assists Engineers and Maintenance resources in the creation and/or changing of Master Data; assists Maintenance Planners and Supervisors in the creation and maintenance of master data related information such as Bills of Materials, Maintenance Plans, Task Lists, etc. Site functional owner of PM EAM and MRO MDG, working with IT to ensure best practice application. Provides data health reports, as required, to plant resources pulled from core SAP or MDG. Maintenance & Reliability Coordinator Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certificate preferred; SAP courses of study in Plant Maintenance (PM) and/or Materials Management (MM) preferred Minimum of 5 years of maintenance and reliability experience in the areas of Plant Maintenance and Material Management working with PM and MRO Stores data on a daily basis Chlor Alkali, chemical processing, paper and pulp or refinery maintenance experience strongly preferred Demonstrated prior work in the field of Master Data management and extensive use of a Centralized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) with SAP PM and MM preferred Demonstrated experience in educating and training others preferred Past experience as a Maintenance Planner, Scheduler or Supervisor preferred; prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's licenseStrong Careers Grow Here
