Site Merchandising Operations Specialist

 

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Merchandising team!  As we develop our capability and extend our ability to manage the front end of our site into whole new areas, there is a need for a passionate, self-starter who has an eye for detail to help us build and manage the content on our site.

Responsibilities

Switch between multiple tool sets on a daily basis to execute site changes Build pages from scratch using various components to match layouts provided by MX Designers Launch new products – building out full customer flows, including product set up through merchandising experience Build various site experiences to test customer flows Escalate and own bugs raised to developers until solution reached Know how to prioritize work based on effort vs. deadline Understand and practice agile approaches to streamline delivery of work Manage workload to deliver most valuable projects on time Raise feature improvement recommendations for tooling Identify gaps in processes to streamline work Know tool functionality and limitations inside and out and be able to communicate them to various stakeholders (internal and external)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Degree in related field  1-2 years of work experience in a related field Experience with CMS platforms is required
