We are looking for a **Site Merchandising Specialist** focused on presenting and merchandising product to consumers through a mobile app. The ideal candidate has a sharp attention to detail, interest in the e-commerce business, curiosity for marketplace and product trends, the ability to learn and use analytics/reporting tools effectively, and strong communication skills. **RESPONSIBILITIES** You will be responsible for optimizing the consumer’s digital journey end to end, ensuring the best representation of the product assortment, brand, and commercial campaigns within the app environment. • Manage site experience for specific categories and consumer segments in line with the commercial plan, including product attribution, collection creation, product tracking, and setup of merchandising rules and navigation. • Monitor and respond to business performance, coordinate with cross-functional teams, analyze demand, sell-through, inventory needs, and markdowns to optimize the user journey and increase conversion. • Analyze standard weekly reports and dashboards, perform deep dives, and share insights and priorities with relevant teams to drive improvements in the digital experience and impact KPIs. • Track and measure product performance and develop strategies to boost results. • Analyze site search behavior and improve search results across digital platforms. • Interpret market trends, identify challenges, and apply findings to enhance the user experience and product visibility. **QUALIFICATIONS** You will collaborate with digital platform teams, operations, supply and demand planning, and digital marketing to ensure high-quality experiences across initiatives. You’ll coordinate with site experience managers and other specialists to define seasonal plans and campaign execution aimed at achieving business goals. • Experience in e-commerce retail and product knowledge. • Ability to work under tight deadlines. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. • Strong proficiency in MS Excel. • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
