**Your Role**
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the office premises and ensure all facilities are in compliance with health and safety regulations.
**Your Responsibilities**
+ Facilities Management : coordinate with external vendors for facility-related services.
+ Repairs and Maintenance: Ensure timely resolution of any facility-related issues.
+ Local Vendor Management: Manage local vendors, and onsite contractors (e.g., security, cleaning, and HVAC services)
+ Seat Allocation and Management: Plan and manage the allocation of office seating.
+ Reception Management: Manage reception staff and ensure efficient handling of visitors.
+ Equipment and Inventory Management: Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and arrange for repairs or replacements as needed and manage the procurement of office supplies and equipment.
