Job Responsibilities

As a Trial Patient Payment Associate II, you will:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate patient payments.Strictly adhere to compliance standards and company policies.Determine and resolve payment discrepancies efficiently.Successfully implement process improvements to improve payment workflows.Maintain detailed and organized records of all payment transactions.Provide outstanding support to patients and internal teams regarding paymentinquiries.

Education

High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification /Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years).In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.Job Requirements
