Responsibilities Responsible for the daily execution of accounts payable and Site Payment data entry activities for assigned studiesManage the setup of system requirements to track and administer site paymentsManage the processing/calculation of site paymentsManage the request for sponsor funds/invoicing processResponsible for project and site reporting and requestsCoordinate the setup of site-specific agreements and related amendments, and mapping of site payee(s)Coordinate patient data loads prior to calculation of periodic site payments;Code, track, and reconcile site invoices against applicable data sources Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related fieldNative-level Japanese language skillsProficient in Microsoft Office programsExcellent organization and time-management skillsAbility to prioritize assigned tasks while adhering to deadlinesHigh attention to detail and accountability for timely completion of assigned tasksDemonstrated ability to exercise high degree of professionalism and confidentiality Medpace OverviewMedpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO).
