The Energy Systems division of The Caterpillar Energy & Transportation Segment (E&T) develops multi Mega-Watt (MW) power solutions for the energy industry including micro-grid style projects aligned to the Caterpillar product lines in natural gas, diesel and other fuels and technologies as required.
The Caterpillar Energy & Transportation Segment (E&T) has a broad portfolio of products and services which include engines, generator sets, industrial gas turbines and locomotives, along with other related equipment depending on the industry and application. We deliver these products and services to Cat machine, oil & gas, power generation, transportation and industrial customers.
What you will do:
• Create Ad-hoc Emissions Solution recommendations at a project level, to lock in immediate business and begin crafting agreements.
Leads cross-functional collaboration with business partners across the organization and outside consultants to gain industry trends and collect voice of the customer and voice of the business to propose ideas for business growth.
• Thoroughly understand working-level Federal and State emissions requirements to guide team strategies to secure wins with customers.
• Manages metrics, dashboards and supporting management tools in place to monitor performance and develop processes to increase the sale
• Planning and directing all projects viewed as critical to department and the enterprise
• Gather information and assess the market including competitive issues, market dynamics, market service needs and the company position in the industry by securing a leadership role within the trade associations, technical bodies and schools particular to this sector.

Summary Pay Range:
$156,000.00 - $234,000.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
