A skilled Supply Planner/PPIC - Specialist who will be responsible for production scheduling, managing and optimizing the supply chain process, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet market demand.Job Description
Job responsibilities :
Production Planning:Develop and circulate production schedules to meet market demand while considering material availability, resources and capacity.Facilitate timely release of materials to execute production in line with schedule.Ensure timely batch documentation availability and issuanceCreate and release process orders for commercial, validation, submission, and engineering batches in SAP.Inventory management:Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure that materials, semi-finished goods and finished goods are maintained at appropriate levels to meet production requirementsDelivery:Meet site OTIF targetsEnsure monthly dispatch and manufacturing commitments are met.Collaborate with Tech Ops and Project Management team on execution of new product launches and site transfer projects.Dispatch Coordination:Liaise with cross-functional team to ensure timely availability batch execution, release and document closure to meet committed dispatch plans.Coordinate with Logistics and warehouse team for container/vehicle arrangements.Initiate quarantine dispatch requests for high-priority products.Timely escalation:Highlight critical issues related to delivery and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solutions.Maintain transparent communication in all intra and inter-departmental meetings and emailsData Analysis and Continuous Improvement:Analyze production and inventory data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to streamline processesImplement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivityReporting:Prepare and present routine reports on production and dispatch performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metricsCompliance and Safety:Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards, including ISO 14001 & 5SQualification :
