Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be:

Responsible for the preparation of site installation drawings for one Diagnostic Medical equipment type in Autodesk AutoCAD.

Adhering to Quality and compliance standards; consulting senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.

Communicating with peers (other Designers and senior team members) and customers (Project Managers of Installation) to ensure finding the right solution for equipment positioning and resolving issues in a smooth and efficient way.

Providing service for customers from 100+ countries (Europe, Middle East, Africa).

Part of a 20+ member Team.

Participating in regular training opportunities (both compulsory and chosen).

Required skills:

Autodesk AutoCAD (or equivalent software) knowledge and experience - 2D

Fluent English language

Ability to read architectural and structural drawings

Attention to detail and administration

Good communication skills

Good problem solving skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Good time management skills

Ability to work in short-deadline environment

Good to have:

Customer service experience

Additional language skills

University diploma in any relevant field
