Site Production System Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Site Production System Coordinator to join our dynamic team and lead the implementation of the and operational excellence program at our site. If you are passionate about LEAN methodologies and driving change, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

 

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

 

Owner of the Operational excellence Program:

Kick off, implement, and develop the program at the site.Guide the site’s team during LEAN best practices implementation.Plan and follow up on short- and long-term implementation actions.Organize audits, meetings, and Change Champion Network activities.Ensure frequent and effective communication about the Program.

 

Lead Continuous Improvement:

Lead assessment and guide teams in progress.Drive Focused Improvement best practice implementation and continuous efficiency improvement.Develop and continuously improve the site’s processes.Influence, coach, and support all production experts and technicians in managing changes.

 

Collaboration and Standardization:

Work closely with the site leadership team to support change initiatives.Standardize processes and propagate recognition of good performance.Support the highest safety and quality culture possible.

 

Problem-Solving and Efficiency:

Detect and eliminate waste (MUDA) on the GEMBA.Apply VSM and standard LEAN approaches during process checks.Identify bottlenecks and production-related problems and help teams find solutions using standard tools.

 

Who you are:

Proven track record in implementing LEAN methodologies.Native Hungarian proficiency, Intermediate level in English.High sensibility towards safety and sustainability practices.Experienced in presenting to a wide range of audiences, from blue-collar workers to leadership team level.
