Key Roles & Responsibilities: 

Oversee the engineering environment and proactively identify issues and address them Review current process and transform them to scalable processes Debug OS and engineering issues within our provided Unix environment Manage and deploy virtual machines on various environments as well physical resources as BareMetal as well Work on internal projects across time zones and teams Follow up with customers, as well as handover tasks/issues with members in the team to utilize time zones Has excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through issues and challenges

Required Skills: 

Strong Linux administration skills and hands on experience on Various flavours of Linux (CentOS, RedHat, Ubuntu, SuSE) Strong knowledge on virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM, Openstack) Strong knowledge on containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Podman) Experience in Scripting languages (Python, Perl, Shell, Ansible) Capable to use and manage such DevOPS tools like Jenkins, Git Understanding network technologies and how to debug Ability to debug and manage Linux issues in the environment (L4 grade) to a point of Root Cause Analysis  Requires strong inter-personal and communication skills along with the ability to multi-task and solve problems Ability to plan and manage projects Capabilities to craft extensive documentation on processes and projects Able to schedule, prioritize, accomplish activities and communicate actions within deadlines Capable to work independent, self-motived towards successful deployments. Education & Experience: Masters/Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 8+ years of experience 

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $118,000 - $178,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
