Responsibilities of Role

Understand the end-to-end configuration, technical dependencies, and overall behavioural characteristics of production services Partner with development teams in defining and implementing improvements in service architecture Demonstrate clear understanding of automation and orchestration principles Act as escalation point for complex or critical issues that have not yet been documented as Standard Operating Procedures Develop automation for repetitive or simple tasks Provide investigation and troubleshooting input during major customer impacting events Cooperate with multiple teams to build systems and services that improve operational efficiency, drive reliability, scalability, resilience, security, and performance across Oracle NSGBU product. Perform deep dive investigations on recurring issues identified in Problem Management tickets
