Job Duties:

 

Solve complex problems related to infrastructure cloud services and build automation to prevent problem recurrence. Design, write, and deploy software to improve the availability, scalability, and efficiency of Oracle products and services. Design and develop designs, architectures, standards, and methods for large-scale distributed systems. Facilitate service capacity planning and demand forecasting, software performance analysis, and system tuning. May telecommute. (385.33853)

 

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Site Reliability Developer-related occupation. Position requires: 

Operating a production environment at high scale with emphasis on availability, latency and healthy customer experience; Hands-on experience and understanding of Oracle database technology stack - RAC, ASM, Data Guard, Backups/Recovery-RMAN, and GoldenGate; Exadata Database Machine Infrastructure; Operating large scale distributed systems; and Troubleshooting complex Oracle database issues in a 24/7 operational environment.
