Job Duties: Solve complex problems related to infrastructure cloud services and build automation to prevent problem recurrence. Design, write, and deploy software to improve the availability, scalability, and efficiency of Oracle products and services. Design and develop designs, architectures, standards, and methods for large-scale distributed systems. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a Site Reliability Developer-related occupation. Position requires:

 

Oracle Exadata, Oracle Grid Infrastructure (Oracle Clusterware and Oracle ASM), and Oracle Real Application Clusters (Oracle RAC), Oracle Database, Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN), Oracle Data Guard, Oracle Enterprise Manager, Storage, and Linux; Network fundamentals: Networking, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Virtual Cloud Network (VCN), Ethernet, RDMA over Converged Ethernet (RoCE) Network Fabric switch, TCP/IP, routing, and DHCP; Automating management of Linux based infrastructure; Infrastructure and system security including Infrastructure Network Security; and, Automate tasks using Python, Perl, Bash, and Ansible.
