Your Impact

 

As a Lead Site Reliability Engineer with the Citrix Team, at OpenText, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting large-scale Citrix platforms which provide our employees with secure access to commercial environments.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, have previous experience of managing a Citrix environment for a large organization, and have a sound understanding of the technologies we support.
 

What the Role Offers

Leading the resolution of high-risk and complex problemsProactively managing systems, to ensure resilience and Security Compliance and reduce recurring issuesDelivering support to internal customers, which will include identifying Citrix issues, as well as network and hosted application issues, and working with other teams to resolve themInvestigation, design, and implementation of new Citrix features to enhance the existing environmentsPrioritizing workloads effectively in a time-critical environmentWorking independently within a geographically dispersed team

 

What You Need to Succeed

Experience managing Cloud (AWS and/or GCP), on Premise and Hybrid Citrix environmentsExperience in Citrix DaaS administration including PVS and MCS, and Citrix NetScalerWorking knowledge of GCP and AWS HyperscalersExperience in Windows 2022 Server Systems Administration, preferably including Active Directory, Group Policy, and Patch ManagementExperience running a Citrix environment hosted on a VMware platformExperience managing user profiles via UPM and WEMApplication installation, deployment, and troubleshooting skillsBasic Network troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenFamiliarity and experience with ITIL processes, especially Incident and Change managementWillingness to join on-call rota
