Our growing technology company seeks an enthusiastic and passionate 
individual with Azure or another public cloud provider experience to join our 
cloud engineering team. In this position, you will be responsible for our 
global SaaS applications’ reliability by handling operation challenges through
automation, incident triage and response, and following observability 
frameworks, and deployments of critical cloud-based infrastructure and 
software systems.

What You’ll Do: 

Support the operability roadmap to improve the availability,
performance, scalability and efficiency of our services by implementing
monitoring, automation, redundancy, and capacity.Ensure critical SLAs are met which will include an on-call schedule for
weekends and emergencies.Develop automated solutions for collecting, analyzing, and acting on
telemetry and log data from cloud hosted applications.Leverage industry best practices to monitor and improve cloud
infrastructure of our SaaS applications

What You’ll Need: 

5+ years of relevant experience in DevOps or Site Reliability or Cloud
AdministrationDemonstrable experience with supporting software systems in a
heterogeneous operating system environmentExperience with Azure and/or AWS as a Cloud Administrator with an
understanding of Microservices on Kubernetes and cloud conceptsPassionate about all aspects of incident management from detection
through post-mortem with primary focus on the customer experienceExperience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, AWS CloudWatch,
ELK stack, and Azure Log Analytics.

We’d Love to See:

Hands-on experience writing PowerShell/Python scripts or modules and
markup language files such as XML, JSON, and/or YAMLUnderstanding of firewalls, NAT, ACLs, Load Balancing, DNS, DHCP, and
packet filtering
