DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Enhance, build, and deliver market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. Design, develop, and support high-quality technology solutions across multiple technical areas in support of the firm’s business objectives. Identify opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of existing software applications and systems. Drive initiatives to improve the reliability and stability of applications and platforms using data- driven analytics to improve service levels. Review and debug code, facilitate resiliency design reviews, deconstruct complex problems into digestible work for other engineers, and act as a technical lead for medium to large sized products. Provide guidance and mentorship to other developers on software engineering best practices, systems design, operational management, and SRE concepts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 5 (Five) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Software Developer, Application Engineer, IT Consultant, Associate (IT), or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 3 (Three) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Software Developer, Application Engineer, IT Consultant, Associate (IT), or related occupation.

Full-Time. Salary: $180,000 - $215,000 per year.
