• deploy, monitor, and support applications in a Kubernetes multi-tenant environment
• promote overall stability of the systems through monitoring, change control management, and implemen-tation of best practices to maintain production environments
• support Gitlab Pipelines and Terraform to manage IaC across several MS Azure resources/services
• research opportunities for automation, troubleshooting, and issues as reported by users
• implement migrations, upgrades, and patches in all environments
• interact efficiently with the business and development teams at all levels
• establish the root causes of application errors and escalating serious concerns
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems (Database, UNIX, Cloud, etc.)
• provide occasional on-call or weekend support for critical activities during non-production hours
