Site Repair Coordinator- 3rd Shift

The Role

As a Site Coordinator, you will work onsite at our customer, Cummins, and perform various tasks that include responding to line halt calls, new tool installations, diagnosis, and configuration of our tooling. You will also conduct preventative maintenance and maintain the calibration schedule of the tooling population, while working directly with the customer.

Site Coordinators keep customer service at the forefront and communicate with all levels of our internal and the customer’s organization. Responding with a sense of urgency and ability to handle escalations directly with the customer are key parts of the position.

You will report daily onsite to our customer's, Cummin's, Rocky Mount, NC manufacturing facility. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday on 3rd shift, and some Saturdays may be required. Schedule is subject to change based on company need. Working directly for Atlas Copco in a full-time position, you will earn $26.00 per hour and a full benefits package is offered.

What we expect of you:

At least 2-3 years of experience in a production environment, working with manufacturing automation, assembly tooling or data collection systems2 years of experience working on pneumatic and DC power tooling in a production environmentEquipment troubleshooting and calibration experience with a mechanical aptitudeExperience performing quality control verification of completed repairsAbility to read and comprehend schematicsCustomer service experienceEfficient in computer systems, such as MS Office, and networking/database experienceA High School Diploma or GEDAbility to lift up to 60 pounds
