**Job Title: Site Safety Coordinator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Site Safety Coordinator for a large industrial project in Mebane, NC. This project is expected to last approximately 6 months and will involve 25-40 workers on-site. The Site Safety Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of all personnel on site. **Responsibilities** + Conduct New Hire Orientations and Skill Assessments as required, along with supportive documentation. + Ensure all documentation is completed for any accidents, incidents, or property damage. + Work with management to identify training needs, research, and help schedule necessary training. + Help develop training programs for various roles within the company. + Maintain and update safety policies and manuals. + Conduct and participate in safety audits. + Provide assistance to project management to ensure compliance with all safety policies. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of safety advisory related experience in an industrial setting. + Comfortable executing both field safety checks and being technologically adept. + Minimum OSHA 30 certification, OSHA 500 is preferred. + Previous experience in a construction environment. + Experience with safety coordination, safety training, health & safety, safety audits, and site safety. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Additional safety credentials and certifications. + Candidates local to the King’s Mountain, NC region are highly preferred. **Why Work Here?** Join a great company with long-term work opportunities.
