Job Title: Site Safety Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Site Safety Technician to join our team and ensure the safety of our work environment. This role involves maintaining adherence to jobsite and OSHA safety rules, regulations, and procedures, developing safety training programs, and overseeing safety practices on-site.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain a safe work environment, ensuring adherence to jobsite and OSHA safety rules, regulations, and procedures.Develop safety trainings and plans.Oversee safety practices on-site, providing hands-on guidance and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.Perform incident investigations and follow all protocols.Conduct regular site visits and inspections, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions to ensure a safe work environment.Essential SkillsStrong knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations.Ability to develop and implement safety training programs.Experience in overseeing and managing safety practices on-site.Proficiency in performing incident investigations and following safety protocols.Ability to conduct site visits and inspections to identify hazards.Additional Skills & QualificationsOSHA 30 certification is required.OSHA 500 certification is a plus, but not required.2-5+ years of experience in safety management.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will be working onsite from 7am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, in a dynamic and safety-focused environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00
