Site Sales Division Manager

“I can succeed as a Site Sales Division Manager at Capital Group.”

You’ll lead a team of internal sales associates who are responsible for increasing sales and retaining assets in Capital Group’s suite of offerings. You will partner with the Division Managers (DMs), ensuring alignment between site and field sales team members’ activities, reinforcing the vision and purpose of the client segment, and drive the team to accomplish strategic initiatives and goals. You will provide performance feedback to ensure ongoing achievement against goals and development of sales capability across the team; partner with sales coach to ensure alignment in messaging and development of associates.

You’ve had previous experience leading/managing a sales team

You are a transformational leader who engages and inspires others to achieve meaningful results.

In addition, you will develop a high performing team. This will include coaching, mentoring, identifying stretch opportunities, assigning work and managing performance.

You have a constant pulse on economic market trends and industry developments.

You are a skilled communicator. You place a high value on being authentic, respectful and engaging. You’ve facilitated a variety of successful meetings ranging in size, with diverse audiences.

You have a bachelor’s degree

You must hold the SIE, Series 7,63/65 or 66 to be able to apply

You must hold or obtain Series 24 within 60 days of employment

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $121,706-$194,730

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
