This role involves developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols and will be responsible to oversee security operations, ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and assets.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

External and internal requirements of the domain are identified (regulatory watch and prescriptions). Based on gap analyzes, action plans are proposed. The guarantee of the site's compliance with regulations and internal requirements is controlled, especially the Michelin Security Concept.Risks and vulnerabilities are identified, analyzed and prioritized. The action plans, which include specific local rules or procedure, are definedIn the context of project (mapping of sensitive elements), technical changes to equipment or organizational changes (site traffic rules), the opinion of the site security specialist is documented and transmitted.Anomalies are analyzed and treated. The necessary alerts are transmitted.The security specialist is a leader in his domain: communications, consultations, training, operational control, intrusion prevention, surveillance, identification tools for entrances and exits, including waste, etcKPIs and annual report of the domain are presented by the site security specialist during the Management Review.Technical support in the domain is provided to the site, in particular in the event of an audit or in the event of a crisis affecting the domain.Internal and external stakeholders are identified, specifically safety agencies, and the security specialist is the site referent in these networks.Best practices are shared on the site, in the country and / or in the time-zone. The site security specialist participates in or leads the meetings of his network.Where applicable, specific projects in the domain will be carried out with a transversal management (T-shape, study on several sites for example).Where possible, security specialist will participate in audits on other sites, including as a lead auditor.Where possible, the coordination of the domain at country level will be carried out by the site security specialist, under the guidance of the time zone. Where possible, the management of security teams, and surveillance teams is ensured.

EXTERNAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other related discipline.Minimum 5 years of experience in Security management.Strong knowledge on security protocols and best practices.Strong report writing skills & ability to conduct inquiry/investigations.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in security systems and technology.
