Any facility management experience or construction experience listed as follows: (electricity (high voltage equipment, UPS, generator), air conditioning, heat source equipment, disaster prevention equipment, security, BMS, etc..) On-site construction management experience, competence and cost management Experience and competence in assessment, plan and execution of work procedures such as MOP/SOP/EOP Experience and competence in risk management and H&S management Able to perform detailed checking of vendor quotations. Oral proficiency in Japanese and English (daily conversation) Grade one construction management technical qualification or equivalent knowledge Working experience or having knowledge of Data Center Operation, telecom and construction industry Degree educated, or working towards a degree, or equivalent higher qualification Experience working on-site in the electrical equipment construction industry or infrastructure industry TOEIC Score: 600+
