Job Title: Site SHE Lead - Gateway
Location: Gateway Factory, Thailand
Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job
To provide for the Safety Health and Environment needs of sourcing unit workers and the site adhering to all legal compliance & Unilever Management System. This includes improvements to SHE management systems, spending adequate time on shop floor, providing SHE leadership and practical support and driving SHE improvement programs at site level.
Main Accountabilities:
Direct and coordinate the evolution and implementation of the Unilever SHE Management System for the site.Day to day management of SHE activities including risk assessments, incident investigation, root cause analysis, action management and reporting.Maintain the SHE system to ensure compliance with company and relevant industry and legislative requirements.Track and assist in the completion of site SHE Improvement PlansDrive continuous improvement to the physical environment, as well as the safety culture.Drive site SHE training needs and schedule to build the SHE knowledge and awareness base the site risk. Take the lead role for site consultation structures and committees i.e. Site SHE Committee, CSHEC and ISO etc.Coordinate site SHE communications including toolbox talks and team briefs.Be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the implementation of all SHE programs and processesLead Data & Digital for SHE in terms of innovation & analysis of the data.Ensure operational control standards, task based analysis are completed, risk assessed/ closed relevant to the site are deployed and adhered to.Lead the site emergency preparedness and response program,Conducting, Reporting & Analysing safety behaviour observations and inspections and co-ordinate the overall monitoring program and improvement plan for the site.Develop the audit program and Conduct SHE Audits as necessary.Key Skills/Experience/Education
Required:
5-10 yrs Relevant knowledge gained through on-the-job learning, especially in the areas of SHE systems management in a manufacturing environmentCertify on SHE professional or higher qualification in a related fieldMotivated to be hands On & spending time on shopfloorReturn to Work qualifications and experienceStrong working knowledge of national and state OH&S legislationExcellent computer and literacy skillsExcellent communication skillsGood knowledge in the digitalDesired :
Familiar with relevant Thailand Standards relating to a Manufacturing Facility.
