Site Superintendent – Saskatoon
Our client, a leader in their industry, is seeking a Construction Superintendent to join their team in Saskatoon. This role works closely with the Project Team and General Superintendent to ensure exceptional project execution and client satisfaction, aligned with project drivers.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and implement safety and loss prevention strategies.Partner with the Senior Project Leader to meet safety, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction goals.Oversee all construction phases, including planning, site setup, and logistics.Review plans, specifications, and project documentation for accuracy and constructability.Champion LEED and continuous improvement strategies.Manage team performance, recruitment, and training.Support project financials, forecasts, and monthly reviews.Ensure QA/QC compliance and oversee project completion and handover.
Skills & Qualifications:Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Experience with Commercial construction workProficiency in MS Office tools and conflict resolution.5+ years of trade experience or relevant education.5+ years of on-site leadership experience.Journeyman trade certification or equivalent education.Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
