We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team in beautiful Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, supporting NAVFAC. Position Overview: As a Site Superintendent, you will oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the on-site leader, coordinating with subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all on-site construction activities. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and customer representatives. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed. Resolve any issues that arise on-site promptly and effectively. Qualifications Qualifications: Proven experience as a Site Superintendent in construction with at least ten (10) years of experience. Strong leadership and communication skills.
